Light box design

Design of an illuminated lightbox system which forms a major part of the recently redeveloped County Buildings in Stafford.
19 light boxes required, ranging in size from 600mm to over 9m wide. The project required the design of an entirely new product which incorporated backlit illumination, decorative downlighting, functional uplighting intended to highlight the architectural features of the space, and the capacity to insert interchangeable prints as requirements change.
All design, electronic specification & design of the boxes and artworking for the prints was completed by myself as well as having a major part in managing the sourcing / specifying of materials, cost management and production planning.
